What we collect

When you contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram, or buy from the pharmacy, we keep your name, phone number, delivery address, the messages you send us, and the items you order.

Why we use it

To answer your messages, prepare and deliver your orders, tell you when an item you asked for is available, and keep pharmacy records required for our work. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

In the pharmacy's private system, hosted on Supabase and Vercel, reachable only by pharmacy staff with an account. Messages are sent and received through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform and Messenger APIs.

How long we keep it

As long as you are a customer, or until you ask us to delete it, except records we must keep by law.
